Find where to end a chapter

Find the right place to end this chapter.

Propose three candidate break points. For each:
- The exact sentence to end on
- What question it leaves open
- What the reader expects next, and whether the next chapter delivers it
- How much material moves to the following chapter

Then:
1. Your recommendation and why.
2. Whether the current ending is one of the candidates.
3. If the chapter should be split into two instead, say so.

Rules:
- *A good ending leaves a question, not an interruption.* Cutting mid-action is a cheap version that readers notice and resent on the second use.
- Do not end on a reveal that the next chapter immediately deflates.
- Do not write new material. Choose among what exists.
- Note if the chapter has no natural break — that usually means it is doing two jobs.
