Fix point-of-view slips

Check this manuscript for point-of-view consistency.

Find and quote:
1. Sentences narrating another character's thoughts, feelings, or sensations.
2. Information the POV character could not know or perceive from where they are.
3. Descriptions of the POV character that they would not make of themselves — the mirror problem.
4. Filter words that add distance where the POV should be close: "she noticed", "he felt", "she realized".
5. Shifts in narrative distance that are not motivated by the scene.

For each: the fix, and how much text it touches.

Rules:
- Judge against the POV type I stated, not against a general preference. A close third has different rules than an omniscient narrator.
- *Some slips are stylistic choices.* Where it could be deliberate, say so rather than correcting it.
- Quote exactly and give line context so I can find it.
- Do not rewrite passages wholesale. Name the minimal change.
