Build a character consistency setup for these shots. Produce two things. **A. The LOCK block** — everything that must be identical in every image: - Face: shape, eyes, nose, mouth, skin, any marks - Hair: length, color, texture, parting - Age and build, stated as a range not a guess - Wardrobe: every garment, color, and fit - Anything else that reads as identity Write it as a compact block I paste **at the top of every prompt, in full.** *Do not abbreviate it in later shots. Abbreviation is where drift starts.* **B. Per shot** — only what changes: pose, expression, camera, setting, lighting. Nothing from the LOCK block restated differently. Then: 1. Which lock attributes drift most on the tool I named, and how to reinforce them. 2. Whether to use a reference image, and if so what the reference must show. *A reference image beats any wording.* 3. The order to generate in — establish the identity on an easy shot first, then use that output as the reference for harder ones. 4. What to check in each output before accepting it, as a short list. Rules: - *Do not silently rewrite the character between shots*, even to fix an awkward phrase. Consistency beats elegance here. - Say which shots are high-risk — crowds, occlusion, extreme angles, and full-body distance all break identity. - No real people.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Character · Shots · Tool)
What this prompt does
Identity drift is the most reported failure in image generation. This separates what must not change from what should, and re-declares the invariants in full at the top of every shot.
