Organize this dispute into a timeline for a professional consultation.

Build a table: date / what happened / evidence / source.

For each entry mark the source:
- **Document** — there is a document, message, or record. Name it.
- **Recollection** — I recall it, nothing records it.
- **Hearsay** — someone told me.
- *Keep these strictly separate. In a dispute, what can be evidenced and what is remembered are different things, and blending them is how a consultation goes wrong.*

Then:
1. **The point where positions diverged** — what each side says happened, without judging.
2. **Documents I have, and what each supports.**
3. **Gaps** — what is missing for a period, and what would fill it.
4. **What to gather before the consultation**, ordered by how hard it gets to obtain later. Some records become unavailable with time.
5. **Questions to ask the professional**, phrased so a short answer is possible.
6. Amounts and dates that appear in my account — listed, unverified, for me to confirm against documents.
