Draft a response to these reviewer comments.

For each comment:
1. Restate it accurately in one line. *Do this even when rebutting* — a reviewer who does not recognize their own objection stops reading.
2. Classify: accepted / partially accepted / respectfully disagree.
3. Draft the response. For accepted, say what changed and where. For disagreement, give the reason and what evidence would change your mind.
4. Note where a comment conflicts with another reviewer's, and how to handle it without picking a fight.

Rules:
- *No defensive language.* Remove "as we clearly stated", "the reviewer seems to have misunderstood", and anything similar. If they misread it, the text was unclear — that is a revision, not an argument.
- Thank once, at the top, not per comment.
- Where I disagree, disagree plainly and briefly. Long rebuttals read as uncertainty.
- Do not claim changes I did not tell you I made.

**Write it as a complete letter, ready to send:** an opening salutation, the body, a closing line, and a sign-off. ***Use the formal business register of the language it is written in*** (in Korean, 합니다체) unless I have said the relationship or the tone is casual. *Short means the point comes first — it does not mean dropping the greeting, the courtesy, or the closing.* *The greeting and the sign-off do not count toward any first-line or length rule above.*
