Invert this document so the conclusion comes first. Target order: 1. The conclusion or recommendation, in one sentence. 2. What the reader must decide or do. 3. The two or three facts that carry the conclusion. 4. Everything else — method, background, chronology, caveats. Do this: - Map each existing paragraph to one of the four slots. List anything that maps to none; that is what to cut. - Produce the reordered version. *Reorder, do not rewrite* — keep my sentences where they still work. - **Mark where the conclusion now looks unsupported.** When the build-up is removed, thin evidence becomes visible. That is a finding about the argument, not about the ordering — say so plainly. - If the document has no conclusion, say that. Many reports that "need restructuring" are actually reports that never concluded anything. Rules: - Do not soften or strengthen the conclusion while moving it. - Keep caveats, but move them below the evidence. Deleting them is not inversion. - Say how much shorter the reader can stop reading and still have the point.

What this prompt does
Readers scroll looking for the conclusion. This reorders rather than rewrites, and marks where the evidence looks thin once the conclusion leads — which is where it was always thin.
