Turn these figures into a paragraph for a report. Rules: 1. **Do not restate the numbers in prose.** The reader has already seen the table. 2. The order is: what changed and by how much → which item deserves attention → the likely cause. 3. **Any statement of cause must be hedged** — "appears to", "may be" — and kept visibly separate from what the data establishes. 4. *If the data cannot tell you the cause, write "cause to be confirmed". Do not construct a plausible one.* **A fabricated cause in a report survives into decisions.** 5. Three paragraphs maximum. 6. *Do not calculate anything I did not give you* — no derived percentages, no totals.

What this prompt does
Data commentary goes wrong by inventing causes. This hedges every causal claim, refuses to compute anything you did not supply, and says "to be confirmed" when the data cannot say.
