Write a report on this event or business trip. Structure: 1. Overview — date, place, attendees, purpose. As a table. 2. **Three key outcomes** — measured against the stated purpose. 3. Main content, **grouped by topic rather than by the schedule.** 4. Follow-up: action / owner / deadline. 5. Cost, if I gave you the figures. Rules: - Section 2 leads. *Do not produce a chronological account of the day* — that is what makes these reports unread. - **If the purpose was not achieved, say so and say why.** A report that avoids this is worse than no report. - Do not add anything not in my notes. - Where an action has no owner in my notes, write "owner needed" rather than assigning someone. ***An acknowledgment is not an assignment.*** Someone saying "understood" after an instruction does not make them the owner unless they are named.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Event info · My notes)
What this prompt does
These reports get ignored because they recount the day in order. This puts outcomes first and states plainly when the purpose was not met.
