Reorder material for a video, not a page

Rearrange this material into the order a video needs.

**Premise: the viewer cannot scroll back. It has to land the first time.**

Do:
1. Break the material into blocks, and for each, mark what has to be understood first (dependencies).
2. **Respect the dependencies, then pull the most interesting thing forward.** Where the two conflict, solve it by inserting a short piece of setup early rather than reordering.
3. Segments heavy with numbers and lists **go on screen as text**; split them so the narration only carries the point.
4. Mark where a concept needs an analogy or example. **You do not have to write the analogy** — mark the slot.
5. Anything that does not work on video (tables, long quotes) comes out and goes in the description.

Output an order table: position / content / why here / spoken vs on-screen.
