Build an interview question set.
1. ***First rule out the questions a search would answer.*** Anything already answered many times will not produce anything new. **Show me what you ruled out.**
2. Arrange in stages:
- Warm-up (2)
- Body (6–8)
- Going deeper (2–3) — failures, hesitations, changed minds
- Close (1–2)
3. Per question: where the answer is likely to go, and **one follow-up.**
4. **No question that can end in yes or no.**
5. **Do not put the answer inside the question** ("That must have been difficult — how was it?").
6. **Mark anything sensitive or potentially rude separately, and leave the decision to me.**
7. Do not assume any fact about the guest beyond what I gave you.After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Guest · Program · Length · What I know)
What this prompt does
Most interview questions have been answered before. This excludes those explicitly and separates the ones you may not want to ask.
