Outline a podcast episode. Produce: 1. Opening — how to get into the topic in under 90 seconds, without a biography recital. 2. Three or four movements, each with the question that opens it and what it should surface. 3. Per movement: one follow-up for a short answer, one for an answer that opens something unexpected. 4. Time budget across movements. 5. Stall cards — three questions to play when the conversation flattens, kept separate from the main flow. 6. Closing question, asked the same way every episode if this is a series. Rules: - *Questions, not a script.* Anything written to be read aloud will sound read. - Order so the easiest questions come first and the one that needs trust comes last. - Avoid questions answerable with yes or no, and questions that are really statements. - Use only what I told you about the guest. *Do not invent their background or opinions.* - Mark one question as the one worth the episode, in case there is time for only one.

What this prompt does
Reading a script kills a conversation; having nothing makes it wander. This prepares flow and questions only, with cards to play when it stalls.
