Prompt
Answer this customer question.

1. **Work out what they are actually asking.** ***Often the question is a proxy*** — **"how big is it?" usually means "will it fit my thing"**. **Answer the real one, then the literal one**
2. **Answer in the first line.** ***Yes, no, or the number.* **Do not open with thanks**
3. ***Only what I can confirm.*** **If I did not give you the answer, say so and ask me** — **a wrong answer in a public Q&A is permanent and quotable**
4. **If the answer is no, say no**, then ***what is available instead, if anything***
5. **Short.** *This is read on a phone, next to the buy button*

**Then, separately for me:**
- ***Whether this belongs in the listing.*** **If it is being asked, the page is not answering it** — **say where it should go**
- **Whether several questions are the same question** — *then it is a listing fix, not a reply*
- **Whether this question signals a returns risk** — ***someone about to buy the wrong thing.* **Better to lose the sale**
- **What not to promise** — ***delivery timing, stock, compatibility, or a result*** — **unless I stated it**

⚠️ ***Do not state anything about shipping times, stock, platform policy, or refund rules unless I gave it to you.*** ***Do not make a health, safety, or performance claim.*** **Do not include anything identifying the asker.**

***Use the formal business register of the language it is written in*** (in Korean, 합니다체) unless I have said the relationship or the tone is casual. *This is a public reply — no greeting or sign-off template is needed; the courtesy comes from the register, not from a stock opening.*

What this prompt does

Listing questions are usually proxies — "how big is it" means "will it fit". This answers that first, confirms nothing you did not provide, and says when the page should be fixed instead.

DateWhat changed and why
Added a default formal register; as a public reply it still needs no greeting template.
