Turn a dataset into a slide narrative

Turn this data into a slide sequence.

Produce, per slide:
- Slide title written as a claim, not a label. "Churn doubled after the price change", not "Churn analysis".
- Which numbers appear on it and nothing else.
- Chart type, with why that type and not the alternatives.
- The one sentence I say out loud over it.

Then:
1. Slide order, and where the conclusion goes. Say whether to lead with it or build to it, and why for this audience.
2. Numbers that do not belong in the deck, and where they go instead (appendix, backup, nowhere).
3. The question this audience will ask, and which slide answers it.

Rules:
- *Use only the data I gave you. Do not estimate, extrapolate, or complete a series.*
- One claim per slide. A slide with two claims will land neither.
- If the data does not support my stated conclusion, say so. That is the most useful thing you can tell me before I present it.
