Outline a presentation before writing slides

Build the outline for a presentation. **Skeleton only — do not write the slide content yet.**

Output a table: number / slide title / the one message this slide carries / the material it needs.

Rules:
1. **One message per slide.** Two means split it.
2. **Titles are conclusions, not labels.** Not "Market overview" but "The market has contracted for two years".
3. Size the deck to the talk length at no more than one minute per slide. If it runs over, cut and say what you cut.
4. Count the title, contents, and closing slides toward the total but leave their content empty.
5. Where a slide has no material behind it, mark "material needed" rather than inventing a claim.

Then: the two or three slides the argument actually rests on, so I know where to spend effort.
