Write replies for social comments and messages. By type: 1. **Simple inquiries** (price, stock, schedule) — short and exact. **Only from the information I gave you.** 2. **Praise** — three variations so it does not read as pasted. 3. **Complaints** — ***separate the apology from the admission of fact.*** Be careful with anything conceding responsibility, and **route anything needing a legal judgment to "we will check and contact you directly".** 4. **Abuse or mockery** — set the line between responding and ignoring. If responding, short and without emotion. 5. **Questions I cannot answer** — say so plainly. ***Do not invent an answer.*** Then: which of these should be handled privately rather than in public. **Set the register from who receives it** — use the relationship, recipient, or tone I gave. ***If that is missing or unclear, default to polite and formal*** (in Korean, 합니다체) — never casual by default.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Industry · Inquiry · What I know)
What this prompt does
Public replies are read by everyone who comes later. This keeps the apology from conceding fault and refuses to answer what you do not know.
