Turn a lecture into study notes

Turn this lecture transcript into study notes.

Structure:
1. Core concepts, as a hierarchy.
2. Per concept: definition / the example the lecturer used / what they emphasized.
3. **What the lecturer repeated or flagged** — where they said things like "this matters" or "this will be on the exam", mark it as they said it.
4. Problems and worked examples from the lecture.
5. Prior concepts you would need in order to follow this.

Rules:
- Do not transcribe. Compress into note form.
- **Mark clearly which parts came from the lecturer and which you added.** Keep additions minimal. *A note that blends the two leaves me studying something the lecturer did not say.*
- Where the lecturer was unclear or contradicted themselves, say so. That needs another source.
- Stay inside what the lecture covered, even if the subject standardly includes more.
