Cross-check bookings against each other

Cross-check my bookings against each other. ***Look for what does not line up.***

1. **Lay everything out in time order**, ***in local time, and mark every timezone change*** — **a booking read in the wrong timezone is the most expensive mistake on this list**
2. **Check the gaps:**
   - ***Between arrival and the next booking*** — **is there enough time, counting immigration, baggage, and getting there?**
   - Between checkout and departure — **where the bags go**
   - **Overnight gaps with nowhere booked**
3. **Check the names** — ***every booking against the document I will travel on.*** **A mismatch found now is fixable**
4. **Check the dates** — ***especially anything crossing midnight or a date line.*** **A one-night-off hotel booking is common and invisible until arrival**
5. **Check what each booking includes** — ***baggage, transfers, meals, and whether a "flexible" fare actually is***

**Then:**
- **The single point where the trip breaks if one thing is late** — ***and whether there is a fallback***
- **What to confirm directly with the provider** rather than trust the confirmation email
- **What has a free cancellation deadline**, and when
