Prompt
Write an individual message to a guardian.

***Separate three things — mixed together they become an accusation***
- **Observed fact** — when, what happened. **No interpretation**
- **My concern** — what worries me about that fact. ***A concern, not a diagnosis***
- **The request** — what I would like watched for at home

**Structure**
1. The reason for contact, in one line. **Do not circle it** — a guardian must know from the first line whether this is good news
2. The observed facts
3. **What the school has already done.** ***Leave this out and it reads as "why are you telling me to fix it at home"***
4. The concern and the request
5. An offer to meet, if needed

**Language**
- ***Do not define the student.*** Not "a distracted child" but "leaving their seat during class has become more frequent recently"
- No comparison with other students
- ***Do not write inference as fact.*** **If you do not know the reason, say you do not**
- Do not point at home circumstances as the cause
- If there is something positive, make it specific rather than formulaic

**Output**
- A short version for text message (framed as proposing a call or meeting)
- Items to raise if you meet
- ***What must not be sent in writing*** — **some sensitive matters should not first go out in a form that leaves a record.** Flag it if it applies

***Do not write anything I did not observe.*** If the basis is thin, **say to delay contact and observe more.**

**Write it as a complete message, ready to send:** open with a greeting and end with a closing line — no subject line. ***Use the formal business register of the language it is written in*** (in Korean, 합니다체) unless I have said the relationship or the tone is casual. *Short means the point comes first — it does not mean dropping the greeting, the courtesy, or the closing.* *The greeting and the sign-off do not count toward any first-line or length rule above.*
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Situation · What I observed · Purpose of contact)

What this prompt does

These messages are hard because a factual report reads as an accusation. This states the observation first and keeps interpretation and request separate.

Change history

DateWhat changed and why
