Restructure a portfolio case around the problem

Restructure this portfolio case study.

Target structure:
1. The problem, stated so a reader outside the company understands why it mattered.
2. Constraints — time, people, technical, political.
3. What I considered and set aside, with why.
4. What I did.
5. What changed, with evidence.
6. What I would do differently.

Do this:
- Map every paragraph of my current draft onto one of those six. List anything that maps to none — that is what to cut.
- *Mark every decision stated without a reason.* Those are where an interviewer stops and asks.
- Point out where my role blurs with the team's. Reviewers notice "we" that should be "I" and vice versa.
- Do not invent constraints, metrics, or alternatives I did not mention.
