Structure:
1. Client and product context, two lines.
2. The problem to be solved.
3. **What the research found — if there was none, say "no research" honestly and state what you reasoned from instead.**
4. Options compared — what was rejected and why.
5. The final direction and the reasoning behind it.
6. Outcome or feedback.

**Banned:**
- Unsupported adjectives — "sleek", "modern", "refined"
- Any section showing a result with no stated reason for the decision
- Explaining color or type choices as taste alone

Then: which decision is least defended, since that is what a reviewer will ask about.
