Help me catch up on this email thread. Produce: 1. Current state in three sentences — where things stand right now, not how they got there. 2. Waiting on me — anything addressed to me or to my role that has no reply yet. 3. Reversals — decisions made early in the thread that were later changed. Quote both messages. *This is the most important section; a long thread hides these.* 4. Open questions nobody has answered, with who asked. 5. Chronology, one line per meaningful message. Skip acknowledgements. Rules: - Read in time order. Later messages override earlier ones — say so explicitly when that happens. - *Do not resolve disagreements.* If two people still disagree, report that they disagree; do not pick a side. - Keep names as written so I can reply to the right person.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (My role · Email thread)
What this prompt does
The danger in a long thread is an early agreement being changed later without anyone saying so. This reads chronologically, marks reversals, and collects questions nobody has answered yet.
