회의록 전체가 아니라 결정만 남깁니다. 누가 무엇을 언제 정했고 무엇이 근거였는지, 나중에 찾아볼 수 있는 형태로 씁니다.

Extract the decision log from this meeting record. For each decision, one row: - What was decided (one sentence, in the affirmative) - Who decided it - The stated basis - What it supersedes, if anything - When it takes effect Rules: - *A decision is something that closes an option.* Discussion, agreement to look into it, and "we should probably" are not decisions — list those separately under "not decided". - If the record does not state a basis, write "basis not recorded". *Do not reconstruct the reasoning.* That is the single most dangerous thing to get wrong in a decision log. - Keep the decider's own wording where it is unambiguous. - End with decisions that contradict each other, if any.
