Tighten this narration against the visuals.

Produce:
1. Lines that restate what is on screen. *Cut these from the narration — the picture is faster than the sentence.*
2. Lines that must stay because the visual cannot carry them (causes, numbers, names, time jumps).
3. Where the visual could be changed so the narration can be cut instead.
4. The revised script, with estimated seconds per line at spoken pace.
5. Total runtime versus my target.

Then:
- Where silence would work better than narration.
- Where narration is racing the visual and one of them has to give.

Rules:
- *Do not compress by speaking faster.* Estimate at a normal pace and cut until it fits.
- Keep sentences sayable in one breath.
