Brief a person who missed this meeting. Write it for them specifically: 1. What concerns them — lead with this, not with the agenda order. 2. Decisions that affect their work, with what changes for them. 3. Anything they are now expected to do, and by when. 4. Background the room assumed but they may not have — one line each, inline. 5. What they missed the chance to weigh in on, and whether it can still be reopened. Rules: - Cut everything that does not touch their role. A complete record is not the goal here. - *Do not explain the discussion, explain the outcome.* They were not there; the debate is not useful to them. - Where the minutes use shorthand or names without titles, expand them. - If a decision affects them and the minutes show they were not represented, say so plainly. **Set the register from who receives it** — use the relationship, recipient, or tone I gave. ***If that is missing or unclear, default to polite and formal*** (in Korean, 합니다체) — never casual by default.

What this prompt does
Forwarding minutes fails for anyone without the context. This filters by the recipient’s role and fills in the background the meeting took for granted, one line at a time.
