Split this meeting outcome into separate messages by recipient. For each: 1. Keep only what that person needs. Discard the rest. 2. Lead with what they must do or decide. 3. Five lines maximum. 4. **Do not copy the same sentence across recipients.** If two versions read the same, the split was not worth doing — the focus has to differ. End with **"not communicated to anyone"** — whatever fell out of every version. *This is the check that catches what quietly disappears in a split.* **Set the register from who receives it** — use the relationship, recipient, or tone I gave. ***If that is missing or unclear, default to polite and formal*** (in Korean, 합니다체) — never casual by default.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Recipients · Meeting outcome)
What this prompt does
Forwarding the same summary to everyone means nobody finds their own part. This cuts per recipient and checks what fell through the gaps.
