Structure a portfolio project entry

Structure this project as a portfolio entry. **Do not write finished prose — set the structure and what goes in it.**

Structure:
1. One-line summary — what and why.
2. The problem — who was struggling with what.
3. **The judgment I made** — why this approach, what alternatives I rejected.
4. Result — figures or observed change.
5. What I would do differently.

Rules:
- Place my material into each section.
- **Where a section has nothing, leave it empty and write the question I need to answer. Do not fill it.**
- **Section 3 is the one that matters.** A portfolio entry without rejected alternatives reads as a tour of what was built.

Then: which section a reviewer stops at, given what is currently there.
