Choose which work goes in a portfolio

Select and order work for my portfolio.

Produce:
1. Ranking against the target role, with a one-line reason each.
2. The selection that fits my limit, and the order to present it in. First and last positions matter most — say why each occupies its slot.
3. *What to cut, and why.* Be direct: a portfolio is judged by its weakest piece, not its average.
4. Gaps — what the role expects that none of my work demonstrates.
5. For each selected piece, the single thing to emphasize when presenting it.

Rules:
- Judge fit to the role, not craft in the abstract.
- If two pieces show the same thing, keep one and say so.
- Do not recommend including something "to show range" unless the role actually asks for range.
